When you subscribe, you receive 15% off your first order. In exchange, all subscription plans require a minimum of two (2) shipments before cancellation is allowed. This applies regardless of the delivery frequency you choose.

Before Two Shipments

• A subscription cannot be ended before the second shipment has been processed.

• If you request cancellation before the second order, the request will not be approved.

• Your second order will still be billed and shipped.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed before the second shipment:

• The 15% discount applied to your first order will be removed.

• We reserve the right to recover that discount and any related fees through your payment provider, consistent with these published terms.
  
  

After Two Shipments

• Once your second order has shipped, you may cancel your subscription at any time with no further obligation.

• Cancellations can be made easily through your customer portal or by emailing hello@getkensia.com.
